Hire the data collection for your undergraduate thesis, dissertation, or thesis
You have already defined population, criteria, and instrument with your advisor. What's missing is fieldwork. This page is about contracting this stage: what to send, what the collection returns, and what usually gets stuck when the program deadline is running.
For students and researchers with an approved project and a questionnaire ready to apply.

What contracted data collection solves — and what it doesn't decide for you
The methodological decision remains yours and your advisor's. What is contracted here is the execution.
Solves: finding who fits your criteria
The inclusion and exclusion criteria you wrote in the project become screening in the field, applied before the person answers the instrument.
Solves: meeting the number within the program's deadline
Promoting on social media and waiting is what busts defense schedules. Contracted field has agreed numbers and dates.
It doesn't decide: the size of your sample
Who defines how many responses your method requires is your research design. We collect the number you provide.
It doesn't decide: your instrument
The questionnaire is what you and the advisor validated. Instrument adjustment in the middle of the field compromises the data already collected.
What usually stalls an academic field
It's not a lack of people willing to respond. It's almost always one of these four things.
The criterion that no one can filter
A segment described in project language — "conscious consumers" — needs to become an objective screening question before the field opens.
The instrument is too long
Academic work questionnaires tend to accumulate scales. Each additional block drops the completion rate and lengthens the fieldwork.
The deadline discovered late
Field requested in the qualification week is a tight field. The sooner the defense date enters the conversation, the more leeway remains.
The consent form outside the flow
If your ethics committee requires an informed consent form, it needs to be at the beginning of the instrument, and this changes the programming. State it in the briefing.
What to send with the request
The more of these items that come closed, the firmer the deadline — and fewer back-and-forth until the final proposal.
- The level of work: undergraduate thesis, master's dissertation, doctoral thesis, or article
- The inclusion and exclusion criteria, as written in the project
- The ready questionnaire, with the informed consent form already inside it if the committee requires it
- How many valid responses does your method require
- The qualification or defense date — that's what defines the fieldwork buffer.
When this is not the right option
Hiring the wrong model costs time on both sides. If your case falls into any of these lines, say so — the team will redirect.
- We do not calculate samples, write instruments, or analyze your work.
- If the project is still being designed, it's too early for this field: speak with the advisor first.
If you are still understanding the subject
This page is about hiring. The explanatory part is on the blog, written with the detail it deserves.

Assemble the segment and request a quote
The quote tool collects the audience, criteria, questionnaire length, and number of interviews. The team receives the request with the sample brief and B2B or B2C segmentation.
